Shipping & Returns

IMPORTANT: Freight is often an issue with our products so please read the notes below and do not hesitate to contact us at any stage to explain or just to assist with couriers or Australia Post.Shipping:

If your post code does not show or your freight price is extremely high, please contact us and we can shop around for you. A business address or depot pick up can be cheaper.

– Once you place your order you will receive an email from us containing you tracking number and a copy of your invoice.

Smaller Items : We often use Australia Post

NOTE: If your item is above 60 kg then you must be home and able to help lift it off the delivery truck. (Use the tracking number we provide to work out a delivery day OR contact us)

(Please note : THE COURIER WILL NOT CALL YOU  This is a service which they do not offer.)

If you can not do this then you have the following options :

-1.  Arrange to pick it up from the closest depot. ( For a list of depots please contact us to find out your nearest depot).

-2.  We car arrange a tail lift truck to unload the boxes onto your driveway, however this does cost minimum $100 extra which we do not cover.

-3.  Arrange to pick up from our Berwick warehouse, available 7 days a week.

This can all sound confusing, but usually works out easily!


If you have purchased a product with us that is faulty or does not meet one or more consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a refund or repair. If the problem is minor and can be fixed, we reserve the opportunity to fix the problem and may seek to repair the faulty item under warranty.

If the problem is major or cannot be fixed, we will look to provide a brand new replacement, or provide a full refund. Please contact us for further information.
